Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze, negotiate, and draft various legal documents related to commercial, corporate, and transactional law (contracts, resolutions, leases, etc.);
• Analyze merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization, and financing files and participate in the development of strategies;
• Draft legal and corporate opinions;
• Delegate appropriate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants and review their work.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing, writing and/or correcting and formatting letters, legal proceedings, emails, etc.;
• Opening files, checking documents provided by various people, closing and filing files;
• Managing disbursements and charging them to the files;
• Scheduling appointments with clients and helping the lawyers manage their schedules;
• Billing;
• Carrying out other related tasks.
